But you have a point. " I imagine it's because a large number of site users do so through a mobile... and it's easier to click "reply & quote" than go through the faff of pruning... Which is soooo much easier with a laptop. Cut the fingers off of mobile users. Simple. | |||

Its took me ten years to figure how to open a youtube link so i cant see it changing anytime soon" Click the bit that says +quote Then you can edit anything between the quote in square brackets. Just don't edit the square brackets themselves. Then click back outside the square brackets to state your point. | |||
