So I have a singles account on here as well as this one last night I got a message telling me someone was using my photos as their own. I know this happens sad really. Anyway I got logged out of my single account and now can't log back on I have requested a new password and had no email can anyone help me on how I can log back in please

I been trying since last night. I'm think my account has been hacked I got a message saying someone was using my photos and then just got logged out I know my email on there is the same because when I try to re register with it there's an account with it (my account) but it's not sending me an email to reset my password

Is it posball that admin may have deleted the rong acount by mistake as im gessing that with fak profiles thay try to delite them.

Use the 'contact' button and tell admin both usernames.

I'm pretty certain you have to have different email addresses for different accounts though.

Yes checked all that. I am a verified user too on my single account and it's still there it's not been removed

Yes I know I have only our couple account and my single one. Couple account is the hubbys email and my single one is my email

Really? The single account listed on your couple profile is different to the single profile that is currently open, which is different to the single profile you are mentioning on your second single profile's status.

I used to be hullgirl4fun but changed my username after I was contacted through my Facebook by someone off here. We don't tend to use this account much it's mainly my single account all verified and photo verified

Either way, the contact button is your only solution.

And for next time, changing your username won't stop anyone finding you, only deleting and starting again will do that.

It took me only 1 attempt to find your new name...

Oh, and it looks like admin have dealt with the person named in your status.
