Watched panorama as i normally do and wow, like WOW

Also on iplayer watched a programe about meat

WOW

Noone really knows what foods are good or bad

Scary to think that in the next x amount of years our nhs system will be stretched so far because of poor diet and little exercise

Just eat what you like, bad foods in moderation.

The alternative is not to eat, I think the life expectancy for that option is far lower..

So many food scares over the years, other than BSE outbreak which was due to bad farming methods, all the rest were rubbish.

Scare tactics sensationalised TV, it gets ratings in....
