House warming? just want to guage interest

Hi yes im a single male lol

But im moving to Sawbridgeworth between Harlow and Bishop Stortford soon and am concidering having a house warming party and would be interested to know if couples single ladies would attend i will already have a couple + couples who are my friends from here and other places and 1 or 2 single ladies but no harm in asking

also single males will be welcome but not 1000's lol im by no means greedy
