Growing up what was your fav cartoon?

At this moment I am watching the gummi bears but I would say batman and spider man was my favs but along with a mix of others on a sat morning

He man,thundercats,danger mouse,captain caveman,the flintstones...hard to pin down a favourite but I'll go with the original Scooby doo....It was the janitor in a Frankenstein mask n he would've gotten away with it too if it wasn't for them darn pesky meddling kids!

Loved so many that have already been named, but the one I got up early and sneaked into the living room to watch was The Flintstones, as it was on at 6:30am. Sat right in front of the telly with the sound low so I didn't wake my parents

But first was the magic roundabout, then tom and jerry, then wacky races and of course captain pugwash.

Can't see any of them being seen as suitable viewing for childrens TV today...

Shame really, especially magic roundabout and captain pugwash as they were entertaining to both children and adults because of all their double meanings and innuendo.

Danger Mouse, Trapdoor, Thundercats, Dungeons and Dragons were all good. My favourites were Round the Twist or Fraggle Rock. Kids don't have it all bad today, they have Horrible Histories which is hilarious. I even watch it when the kids are at their dad's

Used to get up early on a Saturday morning to watch Transformers in the 80's. I think it was followed by Star Fleet and then Terrahawks (Zelda was scary!).

There was also a Transformers copy called The Go-Bots.

My ultimate favourite was Thundercats, I had all the action figures.

My favourites have changed through the times but include...Chorlton and the Wheelies,Bagpuss,Wacky races,Bravestar,Rhubarb and Custard,Ghostbusters,Ivor the engine,Mask,Captain Planet,Transformers,Ben 10,Batman(preferably with Mark Hamill as joker),Trap Door,Dungeons and Dragons,Terrorhawks,Animaniacs,Muppet Babies...and the list goes on and on.

I still watch cartoons now and Family Guy is my favourite,one of the only programmes on telly that genuinely makes me laugh.
