Near midnight..

40 something year old lady comes up to me and goes i quote "Son hows your wanking hand doing?"

I go dafuq?!

She hands me 8pints of double cream,huge bowl and a massive whisk.. and goes "ill check back on you in 15 minutes"..

God damn merangues for 300 something crew to go on break soon.. weirdest place ive worked at lol..

I've been trying to perfect the chefs toss for a while now.

Definitely all in the wrist and having a good non stick pan.
