Should do - as long as the parchment comes up the sides and you can hold on to it.

Chilling should make it pretty hardy

Yeah just make sure you can pull out the parchment.

What flavour is it?

Just where I need to be.

I'd rather loose my loose bottom. You can always make it in a high edged glass flan dish and leave it in there if you are concerned about it breaking up.

Yes. Once lifted out on the parchment a long blade (carving/bread knife) should separate it from the parchment nicely.

I love a good cheesecake. Will yours be good or just average?

Iceland, but Aldi is closer..

Clingfilm..

Works a treat with any flan ring for making a chilled cheesecake..

No good for baked.

If going the greaseproof paper route cut two really long strips you can use as a handle to pull it out like a basket. Although I quite often just do mine in a ceramic pie dish and don't worry about it. Once the first slice is out it's dead easy to cut, and if the first slice goes sloppy in the process I have that one.

Good idea

I'm now wondering where my tin has gone, I think I've lent it to someone, grrrrr.

I'm confused why you need to lift it out. Just use a spoon..

Yes that will work but u will need to set the base so it's stronger than usual as will probably break and ruin the cheese cake xxx
