What's your average shagging miles?

We travel down to Manchester for most of our meets at the various clubs around there, about 80 miles there and back, starts to rack up and then there's the costs of fuel, entrance fees etc.

So how many miles would you say you do on average for a shag

I thought this was going to be a suggestion for 'shag miles' a bit like air miles but a reward card for shagging

My last regular friend lived about 30 miles away, 60 mile round trip, twice as she didn't drive and lived in a shared place. And it was always a pleasure.

Furthest I have been..? Quite far; like out of county far. Living in Devon distance is always a thing (it takes me about an hour for example to reach the border with Somerset). We don't have lots of main roads leading to larger towns so for example for me to go to Barnstaple; a distance of about 25 miles as the crow/buzzard/skylark flies it takes over an hour... it's not the milage its the time.

So when someone interests me (and vice-versa) from the forums or the like; I make the effort to travel either half way or all the way; this means I can meet in London or Manchester; for the right person/people distance is no bother. I guess if you just want to rack up notches or have kids etc. distance will matter; but being single and independent I don't mind where peeps live; its whether the thought of meeting them excites me....

...I rambled; to cut a long story short; I once flew to a meet!

The Garden of Eden in Beautiful North Wales

I meet mostly in the northwest which is about a 150(ish) mile round trip.... and always well worth every mile.

The average doesn't give the right picture.

I have a bimodal distribution of 0-7 miles and 272-283 miles.

Generally not more than 20 miles - we have no need to with everything in our area. However we have family in Yorkshire so meet people when up there. Also considering visiting a forumite when he's on a business trip so that would be the furthest I've travelled

I did a 200 mile round trip to spend a few days with a guy I met on a camping trip with my husband. Naughty but very nice!

Ours is up to about 80 miles round trip as Manchester seems to be our main haunt!

Bristol

114 miles to meet someone who lives 266 miles away from me usually. It actually worked out being a 280 mile trip from his end but it was logistically convenient. I regularly travel 100+ miles to see someone who actually lives less than an hour away from me since my time off always seems to coincide with him working away. I like a good book so don't mind a train journey. Plus it's like a little minibreak.

We tend to have lots of our meets when we're traveling, so many of them are rather far from us.

But lately we've been travelling to AbFabs quite a bit, which is a 200+ mile journey in each direction. I spend the time reading out loud to Marc, though, so at least it's useful

The Tantric Tea Shop

Luckily I am not too far from an airport, so can travel to Exeter, Southampton Aberdeen, Bristol for about £88 return...

I do like the idea of a quick flight for a weekend meet

If you're going to AbFab you might as well try Le Boudoir too.

I travel for socials rather than shags , these days. I also try and arrange socials when I'm working away. York next.

Interesting point and one I'd been thinking about recently. In April 2015 I got a new car and it came with a limit of 30,000 miles over the 3 years I will have it. Well with the travelling round trip of 130 miles to see my partner in crime and club visits I've alredy clocked 24,000 so far

On my old profile..I was travelling all over because to me it's a weekend away and quite honestly, I have quite a wide social circle of friends and family dotted all over the country, so it wasn't exactly a major issue.

My approach to fab is completely different now to what it was when I was last on here for sure.
