"Covering up a tattoo or any other obvious marks is fair game " What about using a long focal length lens to _educe a prominent nose or a soft focus lens to _educe blemishes? Where are you going to draw the line? Manipulated images have been around since 1857. I think you may have to get used to that fact.

" My point was that they weren't photoshopping to make themselves appear completely different. The removal of blemeshis and the like are fine in my opinion, but its when they manipulate their features to make their lips look big or face skinnier. That's when it's decietful. Also only dislike airbrushing if it's a really really bad job. I should offer to show some of the people how to use it effectively

"I will blur out a spot or scar, that patch I missed when shaving my legs, shoot myself from flattering angles and in flattering light, in complicated underwear, bung a filter on and crop out anything I don't like. I'm bugge_ed if I'm putting a photo up where I don't think I look good because someone else thinks I'm being "misleading". I see it in the same vein as makeup. If people think my lashes are naturally long, perfect and black, my lips are naturally perfectly shaped and bright _ed, or my eyelids are naturally anointed with gold, that's their problem, they're an idiot. No one has run away screaming from the reality yet. " Exactly this

"Is there really a need for air brushed pictures? " my pictures are rubbish op but not airbrushed .airbrushing is fine for removing birth marks and tattoos but not for beatifying in my opinion . here me out people before you go mad at that statement, I look like my pictures I don't use clever angles to make myself look better or airbrushing although I do sometimes like the black and white look . I take this route with my pictures because I can honestly say nearly every person I've ever met through sites like this with a few exceptions looked a lot better in there pictures than in the flesh. which is kind of false advertising yes I want meets but not under false pretences be that by careful and clever photography or by pretending to be something I'm not . hence my pictures giving a true reflection of my face and body type hence my profile being a accurate representation of me as a sexual being and as a man.

" I don't pick my meets purely on the basis of their photo, so I wouldn't care if they didn't turn up to the coffee social in sepia with a vignette border. I think my photos in their edited form give more of an impression of what I'm like and what I'm about than a shitty selfie in a toothpaste spatte_ed mirror.

"Is there really a need for air brushed pictures? " Generally or just on Fab? On here, no. Generally- if it wasn't used then a lot of magazines would show real people, looking real- and body dysmorphic syndrome would probably be less common and maybe there would be less eating disorders and bullying amongst teens.

"Photo style, to me, gives a great insight into the person. If they can't be arsed to take time and effort over how they present themselves to thousands of people then that's a great filter to me. So I'm glad we all have different photo styles and likes " That's basically what I was thinking but couldn't be arsed to type it! I enjoy seeing everyone's individual style and how they go about showing themselves and how their personalities can come through in their photos. Everyone puts their own individual stamp on their pics and I like that. There's no right or wrong to it. Obviously I don't want to see too much airbrushing but a bit of manipulation is never a problem.

I am not keen on meeting someone who doesn't make any effort to present themselves. "I'm relation to how many pic's are uploaded every day and how many are alte_ed does it really matter? As the amount must be pretty small by comparison? And if people do and people fab them who is it hurting? It's not like you have guy's who have a four inch cock altering pic's to make it look like it's ten inches is it And if someone is daft enough to meet someone purely based on one picture of someone with a cock the size of a small country, then they are probably getting what they deserve! How you go about that is up to the individual but I really don't see what the big deal is about adding a bit of photographic jiggery pokery here and there. That's not deceiving anybody. Airbrushing however is something else entirely.

I assumed that the editing tools allow cock enhancement? The best we can manage is cropping and change to black and white. If only there we a way of making my actual cock bigger in real life than in pic's. That would be a pleasant surprise for someone!
