I got told I had Crohn's disease last year and fatigue is the thing that brings me down the most

Some days I can't make it through the day without passing out on the sofa. I can deal with everything but the fatigue is what gets me

Not crohns, but I have another condition that causes terrible fatigue. I've been off work for months with a spectacular flare up that's caused irreparable damage (need a transplant in near future). I can cope with it all but the fatigue. I sleep all the time yet feel no different!

It's a tiredness that is impossible to describe. The best I can manage is to say that it feels like gravity is twice as strong for me.

OP there is a lot of info on the web about things you can do, including dietary things.

Best of luck as it's awful
