Yep here to, 3 dogs wanting breakfast and meds and walks...plus I have a constant ache in my lower back which only ebbs away once I'm up and about...enjoy your day people

Was up at 5am off for a run then off to work by 8am ?? Normal day to be honest quite boring and repetitive.

I always rise early. 5am ish. No reason, it's my body clock.

So this would be considered late, but still good morning everyone.

The usual morning ritual of feeding little furry critters and priming the coffee pot.

Then it's another long day of slog (But it's all going towards getting on holiday in a couple of weeks, so it's worth it)

We're up at this time because we've got tons of soil to dig out and back fill with aggregate. We've done about a quarter of our new patio so far, it rained all day yesterday so we couldn't do much.
