You should've ice bathed after your run. It really helps.

As you didn't, do you own a bike? Go for a gentle bike ride. You need to break up the lactic acid in your quads and calfs

It really was. I left evesham at 7:45. An hour and a quarter was more than sufficient to get to the racecourse. Took me 2 hours!!! At least an hour and a half of that I was in traffic!!

Been offered a free place in Oxford next week but not sure about that yet.

Was it a good course?
