I thought Law Abiding Citizen had a shit ending. If I'd wrote it Gerard Butler wouldn't of died at the end it would of been Jamie Foxx

Existenz: it's was all a computer game... ffs

And

Hide amd Seek: It turned out to be the main character (Robert De Niro) all along with a split personality.... best part of the move was when the big reveal was unveiled and someone in the cinema shouted "what a load of bollocks" lol

Star wars episode 7 - total remake of a new hope

Shutter island - him being a patient

Meet joe black - really if death wanted to be someone why go through all that pish for the sucky ending which negates death being death...he died!!!

Hard to get any worse than Indiana Jones and the kingdom of the Crystal skull. But you may not have noticed, given how shite the entire film was.

Spectre. There was no chemistry between Bond and his love interest. At all!!! To believe he'd give it all up for her.....really?! Unless the next Bond film is a rehash of On Her Majesty's service where she gets shot....but then Daniel Craig isn't signed up so maybe they did it to show he left so they could bring in someone else?. But still! No passion at all!!

Grrrr

I am Legend - shite film in general. You get the feeling the writers read the first chapter of the book and said 'we know how this goes now. Don't need to read the rest'.

Such a good book too

I thought the original was good. It was original anyway. Probably holds the record for best return on investment too!

Has anyone mentioned inception yet? That was annoying.

Couldn't agree more, thought it was a great film, then got really annoyed with ending!

You may like this then, it's a follow on from the first, almost identical and not very long, for me it was over an hour of my life I'll unfortunately never get back, if you do see it I'd love to know your thoughts x

The second film was disappointing, perhaps the first was 'of its time' but it was nicely understated, and relied on a story rather than special effects.

Yes, but that's the fault of the book not the film. Tbf, all Tolkien had to do was get the eagles to take the ring to the volcano straight from the Council of Rivendell and skipped the last two books.

I thought the films were a good stab at such a massive and unwieldy corpus.

Agreed appalling film.

The Charlton Heston version was better and that' wasn't much cop either.

Spectre was dire and the New Star Wars was just recycled. How many times are they going to go over the same ground. Three times now a Death Star variation has been blown up.

Clerks 2 sums LOTR up perfectly in the sense it was just one overlong homoerotic walking holiday.

The Intern.

Terrible casting, started really well, middle was good and I thought it was going somewhere else, and it ended with a whimper which left me feeling "meh".
