I'm hungry. I adore cheese. I've been thinking about cheese for nigh on twenty minutes, from which cheese I'd like to eat right now and with what condiment, or additional foodstuff through to if I had to only ever eat three cheeses again which three would I pick, and then my mind drifted into how nice it would be to go cheese shopping in a amazingly stocked fromagerie/deli with a sexy Fab partner and the fun that could ensue. Yup. I'm all up in the grill of cheese.

Do you like to eat cheese? Can you tell me which you enjoy, if you do?

I'm currently craving Cambozola and a good mature Cheddar. And for those that know it, yes -- I love a Stinking Bishop.

I love cheese, my favourite is stilton either cropwell bishop or long clawson. Creamy yellow in colour with a good amount of veins, ripened to the texture it can be spread on bread

Travelling through France to southern Italy one year it's pretty much all I ate.

I'd get camembert and bries from the fromageries and eat it with bread. I visited a mozzarella farm a couple of times in my 3 month stay in Italy.

I fucking love cheese

Not sure if I could do the Greek maggot stuff. I think I'd need a stronger stomach for that.

Found a cheese deli in Ongar today.. I say found, it wasn't hidden and it would struggle a little with the smell coming out of the door.

Purchased some reblouchon, Cotton Bassett Stilton and wild garlic wrapped yarg...

Got a bottle of picpoul to go with it, gonna enjoy it tonight with some sourdough bread.

Can honestly say there is seven different cheeses in my fridge. The most luxurious is the thick wedge of Roquefort, an expensive delicacy but well worth it. But the Aldl Danish Blue is also quite good.

Don't know about you but I make a lovely cheese sauce out any left over pieces even the hard bits.

Roquefort, Gorgonzola, Oak smoked cheddar, Parmigiano Reggiano, Cornish brie, Danish blue, Port Salute, Cave aged Goats' cheese, three different Seriously Strong Cheddars types, two different Stiltons and a wedge of Spanish Iberico, may need to ask Mrs SB what to do with that.

you OP. Cambozola is a fave. 3 cheers for the green, white and blue (yes I know that's a song about usually reserved for gorgonzola but I prefer the creaminess of a cambozola). A proper tangy, sharp, mature cheddar rocks (especially when you get the merest hint of crumble and those little flavour crystals) and stinking bishop was a fave back when it was just in my mum's local farm shop but now it is ridiculously expensive (I blame Wallace and Grommit for making it famous) so I haven't eaten it in ages.

If you ever spot a single Gloucester cheese, I can highly recommend it. It's delicate yet tangy and makes the perfect cheese on toast. Or a Bath blue goes great on crusty bread.

I live in cheese country. It might explain my podge.

If you ever spot a single Gloucester cheese, I can highly recommend it. It's delicate yet tangy and makes the perfect cheese on toast. Or a Bath blue goes great on crusty bread.

I live in cheese country. It might explain my podge.

I'm currently craving Cambozola and a good mature Cheddar. And for those that know it, yes -- I love a Stinking Bishop.

If you like a Stilton you can't go wrong with a chunk of Colston Bassett.

Accompanied by some grapes and/or a nice port.....

I too love cheese, not a huge fan of blues but I'm sure I'll get there....for the current time though.....i like really strong cheddars (as strong as they go)......a nice creamy Brie/Camembert.....or a nice Wensleydale either plain or with the variety off different things in.....i once had one with figs, orange and chocolate....that was terrific......and now I'm hungry

I had Cambozola and Brie last night with caramelised onion chutney with biscuits while quaffing cocktails - it was yum.

But my favourite is a speciality tequila, chilli and lime one made by a local cheese company

I recently tried Y fenni cheese. It's made with Welsh brown ale and mustard seeds.

It is lush.

This sounds like a crazy combo but it went really well with prawn crackers.

At the moment baked camembert is a favourite, with garlic and rosemary a day a drizzle of oil with lots of fresh bread. I really love blue cheese and one of my favourites is Barkham blue, which is made just down the road from me.

And I guess a good strong cheddar, lovely on crackers with butter, but great for cooking, cheesy leeks, cauliflower cheese, cheese on toast...

There's a cheese that's name always makes me laugh, its traditionally used in a lasagne.
