I get a message from a guy. I'm not interested for one reason or another, I tell them this and they send me a message thanking me for my reply and wishing me well on Fab.

Don't they know that's not the done thing?

Ahhhh maybe this is where I'm going wrong as that's exactly what I do, thank them for atleast replying and wish them happy hunting on their fab journey!

Right the next polite refusal I get is getting a right load of abuse and see if that gets me some luck

Neither have I had abusive messages.... Saying that, I tend to ignore most messages. (I only talk to a small few regularly), Wait until some are offline ( if I see potential) quickly read, then hit the unread button if I'm not interested... I'm not sure if I'm the only one who does this...
