South West, I can't accomodate but would share hotel costs etc, or meet at a club. Can travel within reasonable distance so Scotland is out.

Also being an Fb/Fwb doesn't mean exclusive so why would they move on?

I only meet maybe once ever three months

I would say if a guy found a woman who could meet more regular they would move onto them, I can't see many guys coming back every three months to see if you are free, most would get bored of that and I think they would move on
