If you could pick just one would you have

A. A lifetime of peak condition good health, before reaching old age and it ending in a gentle, peaceful death

OR

B: £1,000,000,000 - 1 BILLION pounds?

?

A. I can use that lifetime of peak good health to earn whatever I need for a nice comfortable lifestyle. Sure, I might not get that yacht, but who wants to hang out with Russian oligarchs anyway.

Money doesn't make you happy ,

But it's better being miserable in a Mercedes than on a bicycle .

More info required.

Would I be happy? Would I have sufficient wealth to ensure my basic material needs were covered? Would family and friends be ok in the meantime or would I be left on my own and lonely for all my remaining years?

What's to say if I had the money I still wouldn't live a long and healthy life?

All things being equal - I'll take the money please assuming a longish enough life

I'll have the money. I can live with poor health and pain and my family get to enjoy the money too.

I'd rescue children who had been badly neglected and open an animal sanctuary. You can't save everyone but I'd help as many as possible.

In 2011 I was given 3 years to live. I am now alive healthy and ready to live to a good old age thanks to the wonderful medical professionals we have in this country.

Think my answer is obvious.

Option A for me please.

If you don't have health, you won't be able to enjoy the wealth.

If you have the healt, you could make plenty of wealth.

As I have reach 70 I would take the money because I am still reasonable healthy,I have all the aches and pains of a normal 70 yr old. So while I am reasonable healthy I would spend all that money on young fit women and men.

Fuck the "gentle, peaceful death".

Especially if the alternative is dying instantly after crashing my Ferrari into the central reservation at over 200mph because a gorgeous woman was giving me head and distracted me...

We could make sure then, that all our family where taken care of. Plus we'd have a damn good time spending it.

With that amount of money, you could pay for private treatment and specialists, when needed.

a long life without memories and fun is no life at all. I'll take the money and help as many as I can in the time I've got left to make memories and have fun in the time they have got left.
