I spent a while in southeast Asia a few years ago. The sun made the freckles on my face really stand out. When I got to the airport back home my mother gave me a look, said my face was dirty, and started to rub my nose. I now wear concealer to cover my freckles.

They look lovely on other people, though. Sexy and cute at the same time.

My kinda thread this one...

I have them thanks to my part gaelic ginger ancestry.. Fortunately the other side is french so a little sun and they become camouflaged under the tan.

I don't mind them on others but hate them on me..

Luckily my friends were kind, I didn't pick up an unfortunate nick name like teabag...

And if i had I definitely wouldn't make that one common knowledge.. The reputation you would get!!

Note to self... Watch out for what she wants to dangle in yer mouth while you sleep!

Part of my Celtic lust so yes very much so. Had quite a lot of freckles on my face when young but like the red head of hair they've faded away.

I'm a genetic freak. Dark hair, blue eyes and really fair skin that freckles easily. As I've got older the ones on my nose have gone though and I kind of miss them. Sun kisses.
