"As I cycle quite some distance daily, I've been getting extreme pain in my left toes, the middle three to be specific, underneath, does any other cyclists have this or something similar, if so, is there a fix, cause the past couple of days I've ended up getting off my bike and walking a bit cause the pain has been that extreme. " Is this a new thing? Have you changed peddles or shoes?

"I have a problem with my toes when I cycle for a distance... my toes go numb and hurt. It's apparently because your extremities don't need the blood and it's going to the muscles that do need it. It's really not nice and I beg to differ... happens to my fingers too... I definitely need my fingers and toes! " if your wearing cycling shoes make sure they are 1-1/2 sizes bigger than your normal size, same with any shoes you wear while cycling, it gives your toes room and allows you to wiggle them to keep circulation
