Try applying Chinese yellow flower oil at night helps me. Only thing I've found that works.

Have you tried volterol I think that's how it's spelt lol. Worked wonders on my knee joint x

Don't even go there I got bursitis about 5 weeks ago ended up in hospital for 3 days on iv antibiotics. My elbow is still sore when I touch it. I feel for you mate if still in a day or two bad get it checked out.

Op try some hot/cold treatment be able to search it. that with a bit of massaging of something like said in replies above. Feel for you its torture
