Getting up this morning. I could of done with another hour. Are you a get up and goer or do you hit the snooze button 10 times before making a move?

home sweet home

I'm one of those annoying morning people who are happy and chatty in the morning.

Hubby is the opposite.

We make it work.

My snooze button usually takes a good hammering and it only gets worse the darker and colder it gets

My alarm clock is like Viagra and reverse gravity. Damn thing makes me get up immediately as I keep it a distance away.

I naturally wake early but like to be left alone for a while until I am properly awake. Not liking the dark mornings.

I've been up half a hour, 2 cups of tea downed before I go to wake my sleeping cubs to take them to the childminder at 7!

I sometimes get up without thought, suddenly noticing I'm getting out of bed - I must be possessed. I'm generally good at getting up, since I left my teens.

Same. I do the zombie dash/crawl/stumble along the landing at 5am every day to switch mine off. It's kept in the bathroom and set to a loud annoying crescendo

I love my bed and like to stay snuggled under my duvet as long as possible.

However, my two cherubs wake up from 6am onwards Monday through to Sunday and once they are up, I'm up.

I hate mornings, I always hit snooze too many times. Luckily I usually still give myself enough time to get out for work!

I just lovingly nudge Mrs ddc out of the bed to go to make the tea. I can't move before my first cuppa

Today's my first day back after 9 days off. Normally my internal clock wakes me just before my alarm, but not today. Two cups of coffee later I think I'm just about awake enough to get myself ready for sitting in endless stop start traffic!

I tend to get up as soon as the alarm goes off I go down and pop the kettle on and then take myself and my wife a cuppa in bed. By which time the kids start waking up as well.

It entirely depends on the morning, sometimes I'm up with the alarm, up breakfasted and early for work, sometimes a bit of snooze action then up etc. Then theres this morning where I over slept to within a gnats whisker of being late and woke with a foul mood

Not used an alarm for years. Always awake by 7am....up and at 'em...! I really envy all you duvet snugglers though!
