The one who could not get the ice cream to set xx he is very different and always looking at new things .. that what it takes to be a master .. if not your just a normal good chef. All are really very good but he stands out for me.

Just hope that when tim opens his restaurant he doesn't go the way of thomasina and wahaca..

Which has become a overpriced, small portions and cooked before hand thus loosing the idea of the freshness
