Today I had the most enjoyable lemon drizzle cake. I'd normally head straight for the chocolate fudge but in a fit of outrage at the lack of that, I accidentally picked up lemon drizzle and was quite pleasantly surprised.

So, what's your go to cake?!

I haven't had cake for so long but I am big into lemon drizzle or failing that, it has to be good old fashioned Victoria sponge.

Oh here we go!!

Can I just state for the record that I love all cake equally! Flat cakes, tall cakes, plain cakes. Flavoured cakes, frosted and unfrosted, even fairy cakes.

It has bananas and walnuts in it and is to die for, but I rarely make it (unless for customers, I bake novelty cakes too) because I can literally eat it until I feel sick!

Oh and my butterscotch cake with salted caramel buttercream is pretry popular as well x
