little house on the praire

Ive been eating packets of sprouting alfalfa, clover, radish and broccoli seeds. It says they are good for you but what they supposed to do

Not sure what they're supposed to do but I love them! Can't get them where I live though so a rare treat.. unsuccessful at growing them myself.

It's just veg. In reality it'll do very little unless you're deficient in anything they have in high quantities.

That said, they can be tasty mixed into salads.

Something a bit different and a bit of variety is never a bad thing for 'health' reasons.

Well ive just read up on the alfafa sprouts and a 100g a day is very good for you especially women of my age. Downside theres a hell of a lot of shoots in 100g i will turn into a guine pig munching through them

i could use the cats, its massive i might fit in the house on it when im a guinea pig if i can gets my little legs up the ladder
