Anybody here do dairy free? I'm thinking it may help my headaches skin and asthma.

Soya products have an unfortunate effect on me so want to avoid those really..any product recommendations?

I was walking down the street the other day and a man came out of his house and started throwing milk, butter and cheese at me.

I was so flabbergasted, all I could think was........

How dairy

...

I tried everything when I was younger, I now only have a tiny amount of skimmed milk and half day cheese on occasion.

I've also cut bread, pasta etc out

If I eat bread I make my own wholemeal but even that is a rare treat.

Hope this helps

Its so easy to pick up a loaf for convenience but if you do buy fresh baked as it won't so many preservatives added to it.

Try and eat clean, I've found this to really help

I don't eat a lot of bread really..but every little helps.

I'm not sure what clean eating involves. Do you do it to be healthy or to alleviate a health problem?

A bit of both, I've found I feel better and my skin/respiratory system has improved.

I'll pm you more later
