Things can only get better, is what I tell myself when life is treating me/us bad.

Life always feels shit until you look around at what others have to deal with.

I count myself lucky I don't live somewhere where I fear for my life everyday and have to scratch around just to exist.

Not going to make you're life any better dude but that's just life I'm afraid
