It's going really well

Couple of weeks back my son layed out a diet and exercise plan for me (need to lose 1 stone) can't remember the original thread I done about this.

But thought I'd give you an update.

Lost 10lb so far

It's surprisingly easy the plan he layed out, so should hit my target well before the end of next month

I can do, but it's quite long winded.

In short.

I'm allowed one coffee a day, then just water, no alcohol, alpen for breakfast, fruit and yoghurt for lunch, balanced meal for dinner.

Exercising, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday's.

Tuesday core

Wednesday Upper body

Thursday legs

Saturday's I do martial arts

Sunday 5 mile run plus 1 mile of lamping.

Walk jog sprint between street lights, find a nice long straight road helps
