I have bags under my eyes like I haven't slept for a month lately any one recommend anything to help ?

Drink more water, try to sleep a little more and have a look at some of the under eye creams available. Unfortunately there isn't a lot you can do about them short of surgery but the above suggestions might improve them a bit.

If you do buy cream pat it on with your ring finger don't drag the skin

Yes it's a very prominent pageant trick to use pile cream.
