Anyone got any tips to help prevent this?

I'd get an ear exam. I used to get it when I was diving alot off boats. Turned out my cochlea and ear canal was infected.

It's only when watching certain films. Cloverfield was a nightmare.

Ah I see. The shaky camera thing.

Well we were told to focus on the horizon when on a boat. You can't really do that watching TV though so I suppose (It sounds silly but) try and focus on the tv more rather than what's happening on it

Travel sickness tabs are good I use the nelsons herbal ones but check with your phamisist cos some herbol remedies can affect any meds or conditions you may already have. Xxx
