As an insomniac, I know the struggle, personally I would not be able to sleep next to a stranger though, I'm guessing you've tried different fabrics and lighting? Does music help at all? I've tried various soothing music but do better with metal. I'm odd.

Ha DFM, you've not seen any of the signs? No filters in conversation, awkwardness, extrovert one minute than awkward silence the next. Sensory seeking/stimulation, struggling with communication. They are the ones I struggle to mask. Anyone that has watched me scene will see all the stims ha x

My son has Aspergers and although he abhors actual physical contact such as hugging and cuddling, he enjoys the more sensory aspects such as stroking and massage.. he also sleeps with fleece blankets wrapped around him..

I have SPD/ASD and totally get what you're saying. I'm currently in a sleeping bag buried under about 15 pillows because it makes me feel relaxed so I try and wind down to sleep.

Wowzers Lilac I've known you for over 2 years and didn't know that you've hidden it well like so many others do but then again harder to see in girls than boys as we hide it better xx

I've looked into ASMR and itsends chills down my spine.

I do think my senses have been wired wrongly sometimes but fortunately the few fbs I have are very understanding so I do ok.

Remember OP with fbs, the "buddy" comes before the "fuck"!

This is more my kind of thread. After the one where people wont meet without a good solid boner, we are back to the simple non-sexual pleasure, of basic human contact.

A nice cuddle/snuggle can be all that's needed, to make your day feel better.
