This one is for the clubbers!

Is anyine aware that fabric has had its licence revoked and is real danger of shutting for good

Having been there on many occasions, most recently in July, i can say without doubt it is the BEST club in the uk by a country mile! Atmosphere is always electric and hosted the very best djs in the world! Truly LEGENDARY club! Anyone else attended aby your thoughts on its closure

Note closed due to 2 18yearolds dying due to drug issues!

Thoughts and cimments please

Personally i hope it reopens and looking forward to many more #EPIC nights in there!

A club in Glasgow was shut due to drug related deaths last year. Now there are no drugs in Glasgow at all so obviously it was the right thing to do

I think it's ridiculous to blame the club. But I don't doubt there's a real reason for it that'll come out soon enough.

Obviously the clubs have a responsabilty to keep those attending safe and having attended the club security is strict but polite! And take their responsabilty in this regard, seriously! Whilst we dont want to see any one die for any reason they have personal choice. Again dont want to. Prejudge enything as i dont know much about circumstances of deaths, ie response and treatment! Ect so i keep an open mind!

I'm guessing there is a correlation to the rise, and subsequent ban of legal highs.

London

Spent many a happy time stopping around Fabric. It'll be luxury flats before you know it.

I work in London clubs and lucky to still get work. We've lost 50% of clubs in the last two years

Fabric shutting has nothing to do with drugs and everything to do with rising property prices. Developers want the land it sits, developers pay crooked politicians to close it down. It's the way of the world and no amount of protesting from ordinary Joe Soaps will stop them.

That's what happens when Britons flee and billion Russians and Arabs enter.

Islington council are skint, think there are already plans to try and turn the place in to some museum. But I can only see flats going up there, back handers everywhere!
