Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Ginger is supposed to help (perhaps not as suggested in BenandJennys thread though).

Try pressing the pressure points on your wrist and stop looking at a screen. Look forwards.

Stop looking at your phone? That always makes me feel bad especially if I'm sat in the back. Ginger is normally quite good too, I don't suffer very often now as it's mainly me driving unless I'm out with work

This. Then buy some travel wrist bands which do the wrist pressing for you. My Dad found they worked very well for him on ships.

Not 100% sure why but something to do with the layer between you and your bum helps with the motion. Works though

Worthing

Don't look through side windows, stare ahead (windscreen view) if possible. Don't read.

I take ginger pills. On a long flight I used those special earplugs that are meant to control the pressure in your ears. Got all the way to Australia without being sick so I guess they worked!

I used to get it lots as a child , I think it can be caused by certain drivers : esp if heavy footed on the brakes.

Ginger biscuits and sucking mints always helped me. Never read and look out the front window. If all else fails, try and get the driver to stop regularly so you can get some fresh air.

For sea sickness - sucking ice cubes.
