A well made mojito, preferably with Havana Club añejo, plenty of fresh mint and definitely sugar cane syrup.

Dark and stormy, love the combination of angostura bitters and ginger beer (Old Jamaican, of course).

Minty Moscow mule. Like the classic, but with a bunch of fresh mint stirred in. Ridiculously refreshing

"whats your fave cocktail/s tipple

all depends on where in the World you are, there are some locations and some countries which make far greater cocktails than others

I suspect Hawaii is my favourite place for cocktails and some I enjoy are Mai Tai; pina colada, Haupia & Hawaiian Margarita

Not sure if it is a cocktail or what it is even called, but an old Scottish drink, involving a measure of good whiskey, a glass full of ice, then a spoonful of good marmalade, then stirred until ice is melted....gorgeous!!!

For me a Mojito or a Long Island Iced Tea....whereas Ms G is partial to a Daquairi or a concoction at VA that is a mix of rhubarb gin/whipped cream or vanilla vodka and lemonade.
