Does locker or changing room fun actually happen in real life? There are plenty of porn clips of this but I've still to see or get involved with anything after years of being in football or gym locker rooms. Maybe I'm going to the wrong places!

Hell, yes. "Gangbanged by an entire rugby team" has been one of my favourite fantasies for as long as I can remember.

I can't imagine this kind of fun ever happening for real though, except maybe in the locker rooms at a gay sauna. It certainly wouldn't be spontaneous anywhere else. The likely consequences of being caught are just too serious.
