Had a day of doing house work and washing then went to the pub had dinner next pub won £6 in the bookies then dropped in my friends shop and chated to him for a bit then saw another friend for a pint before getting a pizza going home merry watching fam guy but was asleep by 8 so just woke up trying to go back to sleep very busy day today

Eating too late with H as she got in from a 15hr shift at 11pm, I have mild IBS so it's my own fault, hopefully the feeling will go soon now I'm not lying down..
