Has anyone tried it? Did you like it and did you notice any difference?

Are there any other similar products worth looking at?

Thanks in advance

It's powdered food which supposedly contains 100% of all the vitamins and nutrients you need.

It's been getting a lot of press coverage as "The future of food"

Iceland, but sainsburys is closer..

Just stick with a yazoo chocolate milkshake and eat normally..

All this protein food supplement is a load of ol' tosh.

In the long run, it'll do exactly the same and your bank balance will be far healthier.

Just had to google it to find out! Not a big fan of these all on one diet replacements. To me at keast half the pleasure of food is in the preparation and presentation.

Can't see many dinner parties which involve "mix 1 part powder to 5 parts water, shake and serve" being very popular!

Thanks. Interesting.

I'm considering buying it and didn't know whether to go for the sample or jump straight in.

Always try a sample of something like that, you never know how your system will react or if you'll like the taste.

It's more for lunches at work. I often don't get the time to prepare it and have long commutes - pretty sick of the options available and often end up eating rubbish, so thought this might be an idea.

Sounds like a supplement I could take to work.

Sometimes I can do a 12 n 1/2 hour shift without a break. That would be ideal to mix and knock back when I get a spare minute xxxxx Suzi

Oi, I just looked it up and it sounds absolutely horrible.

I like eating. I don't want to ruin that for myself. One reporter said it feels like vomiting backwards

Make some creative salads, put them in containers the night before, and eat a real lunch.

Central

Much of our taste comes from aromas, so think this would fail. No pleasure, except for the producer making money.
