So I've just had a casual message asking me 'can I be arrested for screenshotting your pics?' I asked what he wanted to do that for and he replied that he wanted to share them! Obviously I've blocked him, can he be reported to admin for this?

You can report him to the police, never mind admin. It comes under the new rulings on sharing intimate images without permission
