I find a lot of reenactors I've met are *very* concerned with historical accuracy, and as I'm not white, I have difficulty finding a role in many reenactments.

I LRP though.

I used to be a swordsman, but screwed my elbow and can't pull it properly anymore, unfortunately discovered that by breaking a friends ribs.

Tried lighter weaponry, and other roles but the fun was gone, so I drifted out of it.
