New legs please!

Mine are broken...currently walking like bambi with all the legs on backwards and attached by rubber bands...felt like a prat crawling up the stairs...

DOMS will be a laugh tomorrow. Not sure about yoga tonight either.

Split set GVT squats with decline push ups instead of rest.

Half squat workout (the bottom half!) Arse to heels, 8 half reps up,back to top. Arse to heels,7 half reps up, back to top..you can see where this is going..down to 1 rep. Then dumbbell lunge walk 20m with 15kg dumbbells. Repeat x 3

Get back to the gym and hop on a bike for half an hour, or a swim.

A 15 minute ice bath stops those aches too.

Doms are fun though. I like the hurty feeling. I'm weird....I'd be sat there poking at my thighs

Red hot shower, then switch it cold is the best I can do this morning...gym this afternoon and possibly bikram yoga tonight.
