Were you both on the same WiFi connection when the other person verified you as it spots that as possible fake verification and stops it

If you had been verified. It would say in the verification summary. Unless you have turned that off.

It's in your account settings any way. You can "manage your verifications"

If it isn't there then you haven't been verified

It won't let me in, does she have to be on a different wifi connection then? I suppose it's a good idea really but shock it's us to find out haha

Yeah you have to be on separate connections to verify each other, if she's doing it by phone should be able to disconnect from the WiFi and just use mobile internet to connect and verify
