Im exactly the same - always have to stop a min and think 'Which hand do I write with?'...

I give driving directions by saying 'turn your way' or 'turn my way'..

My Mums theory was that I was naturally left-handed as a kid but was made to write right-handed at school...

Thats really weird cause ive had the same said to me about being naturally left handed and the fact that i do everything backwards. I can never remember being forced to write with my right hand though
