My theory is that if it doesn't go in a sandwich then it's really not worth eating! I have too many favourites!

Tuna and sweetcorn with mayo and a touch of HP!

I have an aversion to eating anything that smells like a fart, so I avoid french cheese, but a sandwich made from the strongest cheddar and the most eye-watering onion does it for me!

I think there should be a campaign to have tasteless force grown dutch tomatoes (the ones with the orangey tinge) obliterated from the planet. Cheap and mass produced they are an insult to a sandwich filling.

In no particular order:

Crispy bacon and avocardo

Crispy bacon and spinach in a ricotta dressing

Coronation chicken with rocket

Smoked salmon and cream cheese with rocket

Crispy bacon with egg mayo and rocket

Tuna mayo with spring onion, sesame oil and seeds, and rocket

Smoked mackeral and cream cheese with rocket

Chopped ham with chopped gherkin, Dijon mustard and mayo, with rocket.

No prize in realising I love rocket!
