I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with breast uplift surgery? Its something I've been considering for a while. My boobs are saggy for a 24 year old, my nipples point the floor and I feel very self conscious without a bra. Any info/advice would be very much appreciated, thanks.

Sometimes someone saying it isn't enough, you need to feel confident yourself.

If you're interested Smoothie then do your research. I say love your boobs as they are. Bra's are our friend after all. I'd love a perky pair but the op looks too ouchy.

I've met a lot of Women who've had "Breast Up Lift Surgery" and all the Women I met said they needed Surgery every few years and goes without saying that eating and drinking healthy is part of the healing process, doesn't matter if you don't smoke some of them smoked though and had to stop smoking for six for the wounds to heal.

You *do* look wonderful as you are, but if it's affecting your confidence then you should definitely make some enquiries.

I've looked into this and implants before but never found anything that would give the look I'd be happy to have on my body. And I lose and gain weight all the time, which would probably play havoc with them. I just expanded my bra collection instead

Ah that was one thing that I wasn't sure about, whether or not its a permanent fix. I don't suppose any surgery would be but having it every few years would work out expensive

In your bed

No experience here. But as with anything that could have long lasting consequences don't always be lead by the price tag.

Weigh up the risks and be sure you know what the benefits are to the possibility of any disasters.

Check out the surgeon online for reviews good and bad.

Good luck with whatever you choose.

That's true I lose and gain weight all the time too and I guess that wouldn't do them any good. You can never have too many bras

I looked into it but the cost, the recovery, the fact they have to move and reattach the nipple, the scarring and the fact it's not permanent put me off. I just keep my bra on as long as possible and try not to imagine the look of disappointment on someone else's face when it comes off and they floop down like sad things. Although as a bonus if someone gets a good enough rhythm going when they're fucking me doggy then they make a sound like clackers. Which amuses me. It's a silver lining of sorts.

I think they look great as they are!

But its your decision but If your unhappy do it but if your thinking of having any children in the future i would leave the surgery till after you have them as otherwise you may end up having to have them done again.

Do lots and lots of research and really make sure surgery is what you want as all surgeries carry risks.

It's something I've considered. I'm older than you, I've had my children but still the recovery, cost, possible lack of sensation, having to repeat the process is enough to put me off!

Take your time decide OP, it's a big decision x

I know it's not about other people but I've seen a "lot" of pictures of women on here with nipples that point to the floor and there's one woman on a porn site I look at who is clearly adored by her partner who films her and her many fans and she's the same.

The other thing that has made me more comfortable with my pair is remembering that we tend to be bombarded with images of enhanced breasts, to the extent that I think a lot of people have forgotten what breasts actually look like. Especially on sites like this.

My squishy, sagging pair with nipples pointing south aren't the odd ones out, they're exactly what boobs will generally always look like if they're larger than a certain size and once you're over the age of about 17.

Google and have a look at boobs that are not associated with porn. I'm a retired Midwife of 25 years and I've only seen two sets of boobs that can be described as 'perky ' the rest come in more shapes, sizes and dimensions than you could possibly imagine.

I wish that nudity was more accepted it would save a lot of problems, we would all see that bodies come in all shapes and sizes. A friend asked me a while back if the doctor would think she was odd if she had pubic hair that's really sad in my opinion.

I had my implants put in 12 years ago and with weight loss and 2 kids they've lost their volume around the implant. I'd love an uplift and implants replaced but I'm not keen on the anchor scar that you are left with.

Your body, your choice but please look into loving yourself a little bit more. Ask most men, confidence is more sexy than a pair of perky knockers. We all come in a variety of shapes and sizes, there is no ideal. And tits are meant to droop naturaly.

What we're sold as the ideal body is bollocks masterminded by the media, designed to sell products and make us mere mortals feel insecure

Wanting surgery does not always equate with self love/worth.
