Yes yes yes

Novels Bronte sisters, Thomas Hardy, Jane Austen, William Shakespeare.

But then on the flip side I love

Dr Suess , fantasic bed time reads for the children, though somewhat a tounge twister. Enid Blyton Books.

Erotica,Tiffany Reiz,Anne Rice and Anais Nin are a few of my favourites.

I had most of them as a nipper,some of the characters names are really funny....Chiefwhosmoralsarelastix!

Just today I borrowed a few off my mum that someone she works with gave her,these ones are a bit different though as they've been translated into auld Scots rather than English!

Give the film of the same name a try. It's quite "Carry On" in places, but is still meaningful where it needs to be, with laughs galore. Spike is also in it as his father

I loved the Colour of Magic, when I badgered my parents in to buying it for me at a motorway service station. The Discworld novels were constant companions growing up. I think Granny Weatherwax is/was my fav character of the lot...

But.

They got crappy. And then he had his Alzheimer's diagnosis and suddenly he started pumping them out.

Don't think I read anything past Carpe Jugulum, and I don;t think I finished that.

"The Foundation Series by Isaac Asimov - Foundtion is the best book I've ever read

This is an incredibly easy read... considering how large it is, much easier going than Dune for instance.

Anything with magic!! Love Discworld and lots and lots of trilogies!! Farseer, Mistborn, King killer (of he ever finishes the third one!!) The list goes on!

On a break from my usual I read Ben Aaronovich's Rivers of London series which were excellent (next one out this month !!)
