Anyone know why condoms are so expensive?

They were £2.98 for a pack of 3 in Morrisons, same product was 99p in Home & Bargains lol!!

Anyone know why they're so dear?

Not sure but always need to check the expiry date if you get them from a clearance place. Or make sure you use them up quickly....

a necessity whatever the price. Get together with friends and bulk buy off t'internet, or maybe bookers if someone has their own buisiness or a bookes card.

That's what I do lol plus I have a friend who works for youth services and she normally gives me a huge bag for Christmas and birthdays lol

Boots Sexual Health Clinic for me...condoms, femidoms, lube, dams, anything you ask for including latex free. Never any need to buy them and they always provide them with a knowing smile

The NHS "Freedoms" shop sells packs of Durex at £6 for 36 or Mates at £11 for 144 and Pasante at £13 for 144. Shipping is free and they come in a discreet package, if you're worried about the postman knowing what you've ordered

I was going to recommend this site. It's reliable because it's the NHS and they also do the main brands of lube much cheaper too

I'm not really getting why anyone would want to pay for something when you get get it for free. Now I know I'm Scottish but I'm not a typical Scot in that regard but the family planning clinic dish out free condoms, as do the GUM clinic and as sexually active, responsible(!) adults, I believe we should all be getting tested fairly regularly. The clinics will happily provide you with a C Card which allows you to go into any family planning clinic/doctors surgery and ask for free condoms. They have a wide variety of colours/flavours/sizes so there really is something for everyone.

There really is no excuse.
