Not necessarily.

To suggest that some white people are "trash" but that it's only white people and nobody of any other race/skin colour is, is racial discrimination.

It's ok to call white people trash but unacceptable to say it about anyone not white?

My major concern is most people that appear on these shows seem to breed at an alarming rate...which is good for the programme makers... So continues the circle...

I've not seen an entire episode of either show but coincidentally, when I turned on the tv yesterday, Jerry Springer was on.

A really large black woman was screaming at a fairly average, and scared looking black man, and trying to beat him to a pulp. Their security was really struggling to keep her off him.

Then there was a fight between three gay men, one dressed as a drag queen.

It was quite bizarre.
