Never Met Anyone

I'm so so nervous to meet anyone on here. I chat to a lot of people and really really want to meet but I pussy out! I don't know why, I'm never like this. I feel I'm a confident person but when it comes to meeting for sex, I get so so flustered. It's always been a fantasy to have a sex buddy/fun friend. What do I do?! How do I conquer it?!

Hey mate, stick at it. It's normal to have some nerves when meeting. Try and stay relaxed and I'm sure someone would be happy to meet you.

Just relax, be yourself and if it makes you more relaxed get to know them with a little chatting then arrange a social with no expectations. You may not get as nervous before hand. Also remember the other person is as likely to be nervous as you are

Ease yourself into it, try and arrange a social with someone and have a chat face to face it's a lot easier than on here.

Thanks guys, I've been told to just be calm and meet for a drink and relaxed coffee or something along those lines. I still feel nervous though! Like a first date! Haha.

Best way round it in my eyes would be to accommodate for a meet that way some of the control is out of your hands, you've given them your address you can't not show up at your own place

Arrange a social first in a cafe or pub. I still get nervous....but it's excitement and anticipation. Enjoy the adrenaline rush and think of it as meeting a new person. It's not a job interview, you are not there to be assessed...just smile, relax, chat.

I don't usually get nervous at all with people I've never met before because until they show up, I don't expect them to turn up. By the time they show up it's too late to bother being nervous.

With people I've met before, I'm usually not nervous, or only a little nervous.

I'd say start with social meets, see each as just that.

I've had a few meets that have turned into lots of fun but I always assume each is just a social xx

Speaking as someone who has conquered what was once quite severe social anxiety, I would suggest taking it slow.

If you find pubs, cafes or coffee shops reasonably comfy then arrange a social at such an establishment. Socials are less scary and have few expectations.

Meeting at yours, in familiar surroundings, might also help but some people are wary of meeting in a guy's house...at least first time.

If you were closer I'd meet just for coffee to get over your first time nerves.
