Yes,and it took a lot of courage to do what I did to finally cut the last string.

Ironically,we get on better now we aren't together.

Yes I ended my 11year marriage last year, it was a relief to finally admit that I didn't love him but I felt that if been living a lie for about a year. Then I met Mr SlapnTickle and never looked back xx

After being in a relationship for 23 years,we were arguing and he said i was no more than shit on his shoes.I would have walked to the end of the earth for that man,but those words killed everything in an instant,and i wouldnt pee on him now if he was on fire,hes been trying for two years to get me back ,but never in a million years, finished ,over,gone,booooooooom.

Yes definitely! Coming up to 6 yrs now since I did what I had to do to get my life back ... only regret I have is that I didn't do it sooner

Yes, lots of times. I'm still friends with my ex husband and several ex boyfriends. I wish I felt differently about the exhusband though. I wish I loved him like he deserves.

Yep, First marriage tbh four years of blandness & magnolia. Thwarted at every attempt to change it, so one day just got up said "I can't do this anymore" Walked out the door & never went back..

Hardest thing I did was end a long term relationship. I know I'm only young, but if I hadn't had done that, I would still be with her now and I wouldn't be doing the things I'm doing or going travelling.

It was hard but it was best. I'll always care about her though.

My regret was not walking out first but I didn't have the financial security or confidence to do it as he'd made sure my self esteem was rock bottom. I knew after he'd left that I'd never loved him and towards the end despised him and how he treat me. Now it's 8 years later alright money is tight but I have a nice house and I'm happy as my daughter isn't living in an alcoholics shadow!

It took me a while to see the coercion and bullying, all wrapped up as charm, but I have less anxiety since cutting the ties.

I think once you've hit this stage its very hard to go back.. By the sounds of things that's not necessarily a bad thing.. Do whats best for you and be happy x

yup - hubby did one thing that tipped the whole thing over the edge- for me i say it was like flicking the light switch on for me and i actually saw the whole picture - worst time at the time but the best thing in the long run -

Yeah, I gave a few chances and the doubts were growing and then when the next thing happened I was completely sure it was right and ended it.

It was only a matter of time after the doubts started to form.
