Task focus is probably better. If you're done in 5 minutes you still get the full sum. On an hourly rate if you're done in 5 minutes you still have to see out the hour.

One which draws a circle around that which we call "time" and "money", human constructs that have no intrinsic meaning and asking whether you can draw a parallel between the two.
