My last night

On the booze, as already mentioned this is gunna be the last night I have a drink for a while, I've noticed that drinking beer a lot as well as my diet going south I've started to put weight on, my son who has just got a GCSE in PE (don't laugh, I helped him through it, there's a lot about the dynamics of the body and neutritian and not just the physical side), he's putting together a diet and workout regime for me, now I already cycle, run and train martial arts but he seems to think his plan will help me shed the weight and tone up more in two months, so at the end of October, I'll post up a new pic of the results.......watch this space as they say.

His enthusiasm is amazing on this, plus he's doing all the exercises with me too so that will really help.
